Express Shipments must be placed by 10:00 a.m. EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Express shipments deliver Monday - Friday.
Our current free shipping promotion applies to free Standard Ground Shipping (each "Ship To" address constitutes an order). This offer does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping Rates The cost for shipping is based upon your total order amount. Use the table below as a quick reference for calculating shipping charges. Currently, we only ship within the United States.
The Invisible Chef ships from our Distribution Center in Louisville, KY via United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders shipped via UPS can be tracked online after your order has been processed and picked up by UPS.
Delivery: All in-stock orders are shipped ground and should be received within 7-10 business days unless specified otherwise, including “Free Shipping” items. Please check all addresses carefully. The Invisible Chef can only guarantees delivery to the addresses we are provided with.
Additional Information: Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada will be shipped via the most economical shipping rate with either UPS Ground or USPS Ground Service. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and address to receive an emailed freight quote. We will process your order upon email approval of rate.
